When I prepare to communicate with an animal I get really quiet, close my eyes and tap into my spirit guides. These guides have come to me when I've meditated or done shamanic journeys. I also always ask my angels for assistance too.

My Guide of Protection is a genie who stands about two feet taller than me. I'm 5'10". Once when I was teaching a workshop a woman came up to me and said she could see two huge eyes above my head.  Then recently doing a meditation in an animal communication workshop, I saw this very large genie standing right behind me.  He had big lined eyes.

According to Wikipedia, a genie is a supernatural creature which occupies a parallel world to that of mankind, and together with humans and angels makes up the three sentient creations of God.

My healing helper guide is a purple fairy. She's very tiny and used her wand much like I use a pendulum. She can travel inside of the animal to help with any healing or clearing that needs to be done.

Lastly, I have a guide who helps me connect with the animal with whom I am communcating. I visualize a silver chord that connect my left wrist to his wrist. His name is John. He's aborigine, tall, beautiful, wise and very very kind. He wears an earring and minimal clothing.   I found this picture on the internet and it reminded of what John looks like if John wore tribal paint.

This post is to thank all of my helpers.  I have no idea if they read blogs, but it's the intention that matters.

Got cream?
Bino was one of the first animals I talked to.  He was adopted and his parents wanted to know more about him.  One of the first things he told me was that he loved that freezer food that his mom fed to him.  Bino also disclosed that he loved cream.  I later found out that his owner gave him raw food that she bought frozen and that he did love it.  After the communication she also bought him some cream that he loved.

His mother later got in touch with me because he was jumping the fence.  I spoke to him again and told him how important it was that he not do that.  Since that communication Bino has stayed inside his fence.

Bino's parents wondered about his early beginnings but he did not want to talk about it.  He just assured all of us that now it was so much better...we have no idea how much better.  His job is to keep the squirrels off their property.  His parents wondered why he is so restless and wants in and out all of the time.  Bino is short for bambino.  He really is a baby, isn't he?

Bert's mom was worried that she was negligent about her dog's death.  When I spoke to Bert she told me that she was gone before she actually left and that she had a smooth passing.  It was time for her to go.  Everybody has a time and hers was painless.

She told her Mom that her soul could come back in another dog.  All she had to do was to look deeply into the dog's eyes and she would know Bert had returned.  Bert said that until then that her mom and dad needed to love each other.  That was very important.

The owner told me this gave her much peace.
On Monday Chera Kimiko, from our local Fox station, posted on Facebook that her friend's dog was missing.  I asked that she send me a photo of the dog and I would try to pick up information about her whereabouts.  There are certain things that the owners need to do when a dog is lost.  I share these with people who call me for my help.  Carly's parents contacted me immediately with a photo and information about her.  I knew she was alive!  Carly's parents did everything that I suggested.

Monday night I picked up that she was about 2 miles from where she was lost.  I could see fields and a barn in my mind's eye.  Tuesday I telepathically talked to Carly again and thought she might be behind a fence.  She was 'caught' and she desperately wanted her parents to find her.  I continued to email with her parents to inform them what I was picking up.  I could see her locked up.

On Wednesday I dowsed a map and an area was indicated where she was. Her parents went and searched the area.  I still felt she was very much alive, but scared.  Yesterday I spoke with Naomi McDonald, my mentor, and she too thought that Carly was alive and wanted to go home!  We both thought she was free again.  With this validation I decided to telephone Carly's parents.  Mark, Carly's dad, had just found her and picked her up!  She had been picked up by animal control.  (locked up?)

I did what I usually do when I'm 'over the top' happy.  I burst out crying.  We all dream of a happy ending, don't we?

Here is what Carly's dad posted on Facebook.

"Pam was a real blessing to us while Carly was missing. After a couple of days with no word on where she was we were giving up hope that we would see Carly again. Pam was able to let us know that she was still out there and trying to get home and really help us keep positive about getting her back."

Carly home safe and so tired!

P.S.  See on my blog where you can become a Fan of Animal Communications with Pam.  Thanks so much!!  AND thank you, Carly.  What a gift.

I haven't been here since March.  So much has changed since then that I feel like I'm starting over.  I've been apprenticing with Naomi McDonald - http://www.brendamcdonald.org/ these past months to learn more about communicating with animals.  What I have discovered is that animals like to talk to me.  Each animal has it's own voice.  It has been one of the most fulfilling adventures in my life and I've had many adventures.

I had the idea that it might be fun to blog about many of the different animals I have visited with over the past few months.  I have talked to over 50 animals since March.  Hopefully this will provide some fun and inspiration for everyone.

I didn't actually talk to this baby in the picture but the shot is so great I had to post it.  Momma Phoebe built her nest on an exterior light fixture on our garage.

More will be revealed...
